Help with Sign-Up:
When you sign up, your subscription is
not activated until you complete the activation/confirmation
process. Your activation link is sent within moments of
signing up to the email address you registered with.
(If you don't receive it, be sure to check your
"spam" folder in case your confirmation email is stuck in
there, and be sure your mail filter is allowing email from
the domains: rickspringfield.com and
rickspringfieldmerch.com)
Again, if you did not receive a confirmation email
after signing up, check your "spam" filter as it may has
been filtered. Your ISP might categorize an email
confirmation from this site as potential spam and filter it
into a "Bulk" folder or a predetermined "SPAM" folder.
Viewing RickMail Help:
If pictures and images don't show up in emails, it
may be a setting on your email. If you see empty boxes or
placeholders where images should be, make sure your email
viewing program is set to receive HTML emails and that your
default settings do not prevent images in emails from being
displayed. You may need to check with your ISP or email provider (Yahoo, Goggle,
Comcast, Verizon, AOL, HotMail etc.) to determine why images
in HTML emails are being blocked from view in your emails.
